The test chamber is to test household appliances such as plate heaters, convection heaters, fan heaters, radiation heaters, and composite heaters for simulating indoor temperature. It mainly conducts comprehensive testing and usage condition evaluation tests for indoor heaters.

The main body of the laboratory is divided into: refrigeration area, test area temperature and humidity control refrigeration area, and central control area. The laboratory controls the temperature and humidity of the test area and the freezing area through the central control area, sim the climate control, monitors the black ball temperature, and monitors the electrical parameters of the heater and humidifier.
2. The entire test is controlled and displayed through an industrial and a 17-inch touch screen. The relevant test data is set through the touch screen, and the temperature, humidity, black ball temperature, indoor multi-point temperature and product electrical parameters in the freezing chamber and climate chamber are monitored and data collected in real-time.
The central control cabinet adopts the self-developed control system of our, with Mitsubishi PLC as the main control accessory and a 17-inch display for display and setting related test parameters.
