The comprehensive performance test bench for compressors is designed according to the relevant
test requirements proposed by the customer and the reference standards of GBT 5773-2016 "
Performance Test Methods for Positive Displacement Refrigerant Compressors", GB 4706.17-010 "
Safety of Household and Similar Use Electrical Appliances - Special Requirements for
Electric Motors - Compressors", ASHRAE 23 (USA, ISO 917 (International).
The test content covers a wide range of aspects, including refrigeration capacity, energy efficiency, durability,
noise and vibration, electrical, etc. Under the relatively test environment temperature,
the tested compressor is subjected to voltage rise start test and voltage drop start test (voltage manually regulated).
Through different test environment, electrical parameters, pressure parameters and other test data, the starting condition of the compressor is judged,
and the comprehensive performance of the compressor under different test conditions is determined. It is for production line and laboratory test use,
and the equipment is easy to operate.
2. The test panel system consists of:
1. Equipment panel display, operation switch valve: compressor electrical parameter meter; compressor switch button, start select switch, etc. Low pressure gauge, high pressure gauge; valves include: expansion valve (balance valve), filling, discharge valve, nitrogen test hand valve in the machine box, refrigerant inlet valve, discharge hand valve, etc.
2. After the test is completed, the nitrogen in system is directly discharged through the drain valve.
3. During the nitrogen test, the nitrogen gas storage cylinder is manually opened according to the pressure rise of the exhaust gas.
. This system uses a needle valve as the expansion valve, which can be adjusted to run to the specified working condition.
