The equipment is controlled by PLC and driven by servo mechanism to simulate the actual use conditions of vacuum cleaners on test carpets/flo for comprehensive evaluation tests of dust removal capability test/cleaning capability test. The equipment drives the tested vacuum cleaner at a adjustable speed of 0-1M/s through P related settings and controls, and performs reciprocating dust removal on the test floor/carpet.

    During the test, the system collects relevant voltage, current, power electricity and other parameters, and records relevant test data. Relevant test data can be exported via USB and printed.
