This test system is based on the reference standards: IEC 60879-2019, GB/T13380-2018, GB12019-2008“AC

 fan energy efficiency limits and levels of energy efficiency”, according to GB/T13380 -2018“AC electric fan 

and speed governor” requirements to measure the fan's air volume and energy efficiency values, and 

according to the national standards to determine whether it qualified; The test system has the characteristics of 

accurate data, good repeatability, high benefit and convenient data storage

The test system is mainly composed of room body, test screen, control system and air volume collection system. It is 

controlled by Mitsubishi PLC + industrial computer. The test data are displayed and set by 17-inch touch display. Including 

the x, y, z axis of the distance, speed, test height, wind, temperature/humidity, speed, voltage, current, power and so on. 

The related test data is automatically saved and can be exported via USB

Housing: provided by the customer (not less than: 6.5 m x 6.5 m x 4 m) 

Test screen: according to relevant standard (size: 4.5 m x 4.5 m x 3 m)
