The test angle is designed and manufactured according to the requirement of“Heating” in chapter 11 of GB4706.1 -2005(IEC60335 -1:2004) 

The test angle is mainly used for temperature rise test of various electrical and electrical products to provide standard environmental conditions

 for temperature rise 

test. According to the actual test samples can be customized with different distribution specifications, temperature measurement point number 

and size of the test angle

Technical parameters:

1.Size: 600X600X1000mm, 800X800X1000MM (or custom made)

2.Thermocouple: thermocouple with diameter less than 0.3 mm, k Type T Type J Type 

3.thermocouple arrangement: All lead out in a wiring row (or optional thermocouple plug and socket)

4.temperature copper: diameter 15mm, thickness of 1mm brass sheet 

5.temperature measurement points: 20,32,48 points (or custom)

6.temperature measurement points arrangement: 100X100mm or 76X76mm square (or according to other test requirements)

7.plywood: thickness of about 20mm fire board, flame-retardant matte black paint on the front and gray film plate on the back 

8.movable part: 4 movable wheels can be installed at the bottom, with a total height of about 100mm
