1.1 The water efficiency testing platform for complete water purifier units is designed based on relevant testing requirements proposed by customers and in reference to the relevant standards of GB34914-2021. The testing system is primarily applicable for evaluating the comprehensive operational conditions of water purifiers, including overall performance testing and water efficiency testing. It is suitable for both production line and laboratory testing, and the equipment is easy to operate, requiring no specialized personnel.
1.2 An autonomous testing system is adopted, primarily consisting of key components such as a 3-12 station complete machine inspection platform, a constant temperature and pressure water supply system, and a central control cabinet.
1.3 The detection platform utilizes water ionization, employing PLC control with a 17-inch touchscreen computer for both control and display. It facilitates real-time detection and control of various test parameters, including water supply pressure, water outlet pressure, water supply temperature, water outlet flow rate, and stall pressure. Additionally, it can record pertinent test parameters, automatically collect and process test data, and automatically establish a test database for instant query and automatic data storage. It offers real-time display of test parameters, while simultaneously storing and recording test results, such as multiple tests and test pressures. Users can access these parameters via USB
