The water purifier's water flow testing station is assembled using aluminum profiles, featuring an integrated structural design. The equipment's sealing plate is made of 304# stainless steel. The overall appearance of the equipment is harmonious, beautiful, and elegant. The internal piping is assembled using welded 304# and PPR pipes, and the output connectors are quick-connect fittings for drinking fountains, consisting of 3/4" and 1/2" connectors. All major components undergo rust-proof treatment. The working medium can be recycled, and water used during testing can be automatically recycled to the water tank or directly discharged.

The testing platform is used in conjunction with a constant pressure water supply system. It outputs a constant test water pressure to the pipeline through an external variable frequency constant pressure water supply system, and uses a manual pressure regulating valve for pressure relief and return. Each workstation is equipped with an independent pressure gauge display and electrical parameter display, and is powered by both variable frequency power supply and mains electricity.

2. The testing platform features three main output channels, which can switch between three different test waters through switches. Constant temperature water, proportioned water, pure water, etc., are output through separate pipelines, allowing users to switch and use according to actual testing needs.
