Overview:

The flow performance testing equipment for inlet and outlet valves adopts a variable frequency constant pressure water supply pump as the water supply pressure driving source. The PLC control system controls the water supply pressure to 0-1.2MPa, and conducts high-pressure and low-pressure water pressure sealing tests and outlet flow tests on the tested inlet and outlet water magnetic valves. The whole machine testing process adopts our company's independent control system for automatic adjustment and judgment. The test pressure and flow data are collected by high-precision transmitters and uploaded to the PLC using the collection module. By setting upper and lower limits for judgment, it mainly consists of test items such as on-time, off time, sealing, flow rate, and test frequency.
