The flow performance testing equipment for inlet and outlet valves utilizes a variable frequency constant pressure water supply pump as the driving source for water supply pressure. The PLC control system controls the water supply pressure within a range of 0-1.2 MPa to conduct high-pressure and low-pressure water pressure tightness tests and water flow tests on the tested inlet and outlet solenoid valves. The entire testing process is automatically adjusted and judged by our company's proprietary control system. The test pressure and flow data are collected by a high-precision transmitter and uploaded to the PLC using an acquisition module. By setting upper and lower limits, judgments are made, mainly consisting of test items such as connection time, disconnection time, tightness, flow rate, and test times.
