The water purifier filter cartridge leak testing station is primarily used for high and low negative pressure leak testing of water purifier filter cartridges and complete machines. According to relevant testing standards and industry inspection standards, the direct pressure drop method is employed to conduct leak testing on the tested filter cartridges/complete machines. The frame structure adopts an industrial aluminum profile assembly design, utilizing multi-station independent testing, with compressed air as the test drive source and precise micro-adjustment valves for test pressure regulation. A high-precision pressure transmitter is used to detect pressure drop at the tested stations, with data acquisition and analysis performed by a PLC to determine whether each station passes or fails. Through automatic judgment by the control system, production efficiency and human error rates are effectively improved, significantly enhancing testing speed and data accuracy.
