The outdoor direct drinking sports water bottle squeeze testing platform is customized according to customer requirements and relevant testing standards. It conducts a non-swaying squeeze test on the filtered water being tested by simulating outdoor usage conditions through a specified squeeze pressure and opening and closing angle for durability testing. Through a motion mechanism, the squeeze action is simulated, and the bottle body is subjected to periodic squeeze and swing angle testing while inhaling test water. Under the control of a customized claw hand mechanism, the system sets and controls the automatic water filling and squeezing actions on the tested bottle. The entire equipment system is controlled by a PLC program and consists of a customized chassis, claw hand mechanism, squeeze bottle, water replenishment device, and swing mechanism.
