The test water supply is maintained constant using a constant temperature unit, providing a settable test water temperature range of 5-60 degrees for constant output to the test samples. The test bench is controlled by a PLC and features a 7-inch touch screen display in Chinese. The upper and lower limits are determined based on the pressure variation difference, the generated pressure, and the flow rate under constant pressure output. The fixtures are designed according to customer-provided product designs, achieving over 90% universality for diversified products. If the test is successful (OK), it automatically proceeds to the next step of testing. If it fails (NG), the corresponding indicator light illuminates, and an audible and visual alarm is triggered. The components used in the testing equipment are sourced from imported and well-known domestic brands, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The operation is simple and convenient, and relevant test data can be exported via USB.
