The showerhead pressure water pulse lifespan testing machine is primarily designed for water pressure pulse testing. The equipment system utilizes a 7-inch touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC control, employing an independently developed system for comprehensive testing and data recording. The testing machine is assembled using 8040 aluminum profiles, with sheet metal assembled using 304# steel, and the internal water tank and pipeline sections welded using 304# stainless steel. The equipment has an elegant, simple, and bright appearance. It enables real-time monitoring and reading of various test parameters and data, while recording relevant test data. In terms of design structure, it follows the standards of the sanitary ware industry, and in terms of functionality, it meets the testing requirements of various types and standards of sanitary ware products. The water supply system test uses the internal tank equipment water tank as the supply source, with a variable frequency pump controlling the pressure pump for variable frequency boosting, and a programmable controller controlling the solenoid valve to control the on/off of the water source.
