Rolling brush motor life testing machine, mainly used for torsional loading durability testing of rolling brush motors. To verify the service life of the product through long-term aging testing under actual simulated loading conditions, the testing machine is controlled by PLC program and simulated loading testing is carried out on the tested roller brush motor through an external magnetic powder brake. Perform long-term/intermittent torsion tests on the tested motor with an adjustable load of 0-50Nms. 0-60V adjustable voltage provides independent power supply for each workstation, and monitors current and voltage for each workstation. The relevant detection data is exported via USB. The testing machine has strong universality, simple operation, convenient control, and low failure rate.
