The lifespan testing machine for medium sweep roller brush motors is mainly used for torsional loading durability testing of medium sweep roller brush motors. To verify the service life of the product through long-term aging testing under actual simulated load conditions, the testing machine is controlled by a PLC program and simulated loading tests are conducted on the sweeping and rolling brush motor through an external magnetic powder brake. Perform long-term/intermittent torsion tests on the tested motor with an adjustable load of 0-50Nms. 0-60V provides independent power supply for each workstation, and monitors the current and voltage of each workstation. The relevant detection data is exported via USB. The testing machine has strong universality, simple operation, convenient control, and low failure rate.
