The lifespan testing machine for wiping motor components is mainly used for testing the torsional loading durability of wiping motor components. To verify the service life of the product through long-term aging testing under actual simulated loading conditions, the testing machine is controlled by PLC program and simulated loading testing is conducted on the tested wiping motor components through an external magnetic powder brake. Perform long-term/intermittent torsion tests on the tested motor with an adjustable load of 0-50Nms. 0-60V provides independent power supply for each workstation, and monitors the current and voltage of each workstation. The relevant detection data is exported via USB. The testing machine has strong universality, simple operation, convenient control, and low failure rate.
