The sweeping robot battery charging and discharging life testing machine is used to monitor the long-term and interval time of sweeping robot battery products to achieve charging and discharging tests. Simulate actual charging of batteries at 20 workstations through an external programmable power supply. Resistors act as loads to discharge batteries. The testing machine adopts PLC and current and voltage acquisition module to measure and judge the current changes during charging and discharging of 20 channels. The system is independently developed by our company and set with relevant parameters. PLC displays and records real-time changes in voltage, current, and power consumption at each workstation, as well as charging time and frequency, and performs data recording and USB data export.
