Through testing, multiple parameters such as working current, outlet pressure, and heating temperature of the water pump before leaving the factory are tested, and the control system automatically monitors and determines the upper and lower limits of each parameter in real-time. Real time display and judgment of test data at each workstation are carried out through the control system, using touch screen display. The products at each workstation are judged as unqualified - NG, qualified - OK and related test reports are generated.
