1. The comprehensive performance testing platform for diaphragm pumps (production lines) is customized and designed according to relevant industry testing standards and customer testing requirements. The testing platform is commonly used for switching between AC and DC diaphragm pump products. DC adopts terminal block wiring method, 

AC adopts universal socket, and AC can be switched and adjusted by external variable frequency power supply/DC power supply. By supplying AC and DC power to the samples, the tested AC/DC diaphragm water pump products are tested under comprehensive operating conditions before leaving the factory, and the system automatically judges based on the test data. 

Qualified - OK. Unqualified - NG. The system will sound and light alarms for each testing station.

2. The testing platform adopts 6 independent testing stations, each equipped with independent power supply, pressurization, and control system. The independently developed control software is used to independently detect and collect data from 12 stations, and record the data in a curved manner.

3. Comprehensive performance testing mode of the whole machine: AC/DC voltage, current, power, pressure, head, valve body opening angle adjustment, flow detection, temperature, etc.

Whole machine life test mode: AC/DC voltage, current, power, pressure, temperature.

4. The testing platform is controlled by PLC and displays relevant test parameters and data on a 17 inch industrial control touch screen. It tests multiple parameters of the diaphragm water pump product before leaving the factory, such as working current, outlet head, outlet flow rate, and heating temperature. The control system automatically monitors and determines 

the upper and lower limits of each parameter in real time. Real time display and judgment of test data at each workstation are carried out through the control system, using touch screen display. The products at each workstation are judged as unqualified - NG, qualified - OK and related test reports are generated.
