The hot and cold alternating constant pressure water supply system is designed according to customer requirements and is mainly suitable for conducting comprehensive performance tests of hot and cold water alternating for valve bodies and water pumps. By using PID variable frequency constant pressure water supply and setting the pressure within the range of 0-2.0Mpa, the tested valve body and pump products are subjected to 5S on-off life test and alternating cold and hot water impact test under the specified cold and hot water usage conditions. The main components of the testing equipment include the central control system, testing rack, constant pressure water supply device, cold and hot temperature control system, and data acquisition module.
The testing machine is assembled using a 40 aluminum frame, and the sheet metal is assembled using 304 #. The internal water tank and pipeline parts are welded using 304 # stainless steel. The built-in hot and cold water tanks supply water separately, and the test water is circulated back to the hot and cold water tanks separately.
