The equipment for testing the flow characteristics of process pumps is used to monitor the long-term and intermittent power on and power-off aging testing of quantitative flow pumps. Users can also set the water level height of the water tank and the power on/off of the product through the touch screen. According to the experimental requirements, water supply tests are conducted on the tested water pumps at different water level heights. The test bench adopts PLC program control and related data acquisition, with a 10 inch touch screen displaying test time, test times, on-off control, main pipe pressure, total water volume and other test data. Adopting manual and automatic clamping, manual placement, and manual insertion into the inlet pipe. Powered by AC/DC 0-500V adjustable voltage and equipped with independent switch control. Collect and record relevant test data on the total water supply pressure and flow rate of the output pipeline through PLC. Single station pipeline output, 30 channel independent output, and equipped with 30 channel independent flow meter to collect real-time flow. The water tank has automatic electric adjustment from 0-1500MM, and the up and down lifting function is achieved through PLC. The automatic pause of testing completion and fault alarm can achieve unmanned and fully automatic aging, greatly improving work efficiency, reducing safety hazards in testing operations, and improving detection speed and data accuracy
