The fuse test bench is mainly suitable for testing the fuse performance of fuse tubes at rated working current. The testing platform conducts series testing on multiple fuse tubes simultaneously, and uses PLC to preset the power on working time and interval time, and record the effective continuous load time. The relevant test data and actions are controlled and saved by the PLC system, and exported through USB.

The test bench is a desktop structure with dimensions of approximately 60mm in length, 780mm in width, and 1250mm in height. The control box is pressed with a powder coated board and surface treated with spray coating. The tabletop is made of insulated physical and chemical board and can be placed flat on the ground. The supporting table is made of physical and chemical boards. On the front is the control panel, which displays data such as the current and testing time of the fuse related circuit. Through the testing process, the system records the effective continuous power on time, and the on/off indicator light is displayed. The device has the advantages of strong universality, simple operation, convenient control, and low failure rate.
