The vacuum cleaner cleaning performance test bench is manufactured in accordance with relevant standards such as GB/T20291.1-2014 \ IEC60312-2010 IEC62885-2-2020, mainly for testing the dust removal ability of vacuum cleaners on carpets and floors. The equipment is controlled by PLC and driven by a servo mechanism to simulate actual usage conditions on the testing carpet/floor to conduct comprehensive evaluation tests on the dust removal ability/cleaning ability of vacuum cleaners. The equipment drives the tested vacuum cleaner at an adjustable speed of 0-1M/s through PLC related settings and control, and performs reciprocating dust removal on the testing floor/carpet.

During the testing process, the system collects relevant parameters such as voltage, current, power, and electrical energy, and records the relevant test data. The relevant test data can be exported and printed via USB. Widely applicable for vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions in the cleaning industry to test the dust removal/cleaning ability of vacuum cleaners.
