The testing machine meets the requirements of clause 1.102 in GB4706.7-2008, GB4706.61-2008 standards, specifications in Figure 101, as well as IEC60335-2-2 and IEC60335-2-54 standards. The testing machine is assembled with an aluminum profile frame and operates at three stations simultaneously. It uses a crank mechanism for forward and backward pushing and pulling movements. The height of the testing platform is 60cm, and manual speed regulation is achieved through a reduction motor. The speed and test frequency can be freely set from 0 to 99999 times, and the cycle test can be adjusted from 0 to 200000 times. To achieve hose wear testing, durability testing is conducted for 0-100000 cycles using back and forth movements as one cycle.
