The torsion and swing test bench for the entire floor scrubber is mainly used to conduct long-term torsion and swing durability tests on the position of the floor scrubber, handle, shaft, and brush shaft. Clamp and fix the handle of the floor scrubber at both ends with a fixture, and the servo transmission mechanism drives the handle to continuously rotate and swing for testing. Operators can achieve twist/swing testing by switching between relevant testing fixtures and testing modes.

The test bench is controlled by PLC program and the relevant parameters are set and displayed through a 7-inch touch screen.
