The solenoid valve component life test bench is mainly suitable for continuous and periodic life testing of inlet valve components under constant water temperature and pressure of the valve body. Under normal temperature conditions, the tested inlet valve is subjected to long-term on/off life testing through system settings and control. The entire equipment system is controlled by a PLC program, with manual quick installation and one click start testing mode.

Constant pressure water supply system: Using water circulation, the test water flows back to the 304 stainless steel storage tank after passing through a filter screen. A multi-stage water pump is used as the power source for water pressure testing, and a two-stage pressure storage system is used to maintain a constant water supply pressure. The pipeline adopts 304 stainless steel splicing, and the pipeline layout is clear and beautiful.
