The wear-resistant testing machine is mainly used to simulate and test the anti friction ability of the coating on the surface of the inner liner of household appliances (such as rice cookers, frying pans, etc.). By conducting standardized friction tests, evaluate the wear resistance life, adhesion, and overall quality of coatings, providing key basis for product quality control and new material development. The inner liner sample to be tested is fixed on a fixture, allowing specific friction heads (such as erasers, steel wool, scouring pads, etc.) to come into contact with the coating surface under a certain load, and repeatedly rub along a specified trajectory (such as linear reciprocating or rotational motion). Assess the wear resistance level of the coating by monitoring the number of friction cycles when the coating is exposed.
