1. The climate laboratory is mainly manufactured according to the QB_T4096-2010 standard. The testing room is used to simulate indoor temperature for household appliances such as plate heaters, convection heaters, fan heaters, radiation heaters, and composite heaters. It mainly conducts comprehensive performance testing and usage condition evaluation testing for indoor heaters.
The main body of the laboratory is divided into: refrigeration area, testing area, temperature controlled humidity refrigeration area, and central control area.
The laboratory controls the temperature and humidity, climate simulation, black ball temperature monitoring, and electrical parameters of heaters and humidifiers in the testing and freezing areas through a central control area.
2. Control and display the entire test through an industrial computer and a 17 inch touch screen. Monitor and collect relevant test data through touch screen settings and real-time display of temperature, humidity, black ball temperature, indoor multi-point temperature points, and product electrical parameters in the freezer and climate testing room.
The central control cabinet adopts our independently developed control system, with Mitsubishi PLC as the main control component and a 17 inch display for display and related test parameter settings.
3. The main testing modes of the laboratory include heater testing, humidification testing, and high and low temperature wet heat testing of commonly used household appliances.
