The durability testing machine for mobile door hinges is mainly used for durability testing of the life strength and working conditions of the mobile door hinge parts in MPV models and micro van models. Simulate actual usage under high and low ambient temperatures, control through PLC, with the motor as the main power source, and the simulated door panel with counterweight as the main body. Conduct long-term and periodic acceleration durability tests on the tested hinges in conjunction with the action tests of the shield lock, front lock, and rear lock;      

The hinge durability test bench mainly consists of a control system, a track fixed frame, a motor transmission system, simulated door panels, door lock mechanisms, mechanical limiters, and related electrical control components. The entire rack and control cabinet are assembled separately.
