Mainly aimed at durability testing of the life strength and working conditions of the front/rear door hinges of automobiles. Simulate the lifespan test of switch doors in high/low temperature environments, using PLC control and a motor as the main power source, with a weighted simulated door panel as the main body, and conducting long-term and periodic durability tests on the tested hinges in conjunction with the action tests of the shield lock, front lock, and rear lock. Realize lifespan testing of hinges for different vehicle models by adjusting and replacing fixture positions
