1. The test angle is designed and manufactured according to the testing requirements for "heat generation" in Chapter 11 of the national standard GB4706.1-2005 (IEC60335-1:2004).

2. The test angle is mainly used to provide environmental conditions that meet standard requirements for temperature rise testing of various electrical and electrical products. Different distribution specifications, number of temperature measurement points, and external dimensions of the test angle can be customized according to the actual tested sample.

1. Size: 600X600X1000mm, 800X800X1000mm (or customized)

2. Thermocouple: Thermocouples with a diameter less than 0.3mm, K-type, T-type, J-type (choose one)

3. Thermocouple layout: All leads are connected to one wiring block (or optional thermocouple plugs and sockets)

4. Temperature measuring copper sheet: diameter 15mm, thickness 1mm brass sheet

5. Temperature measurement points: 20 points, 32 points, 48 points (or customized)

6. Temperature measurement point arrangement: 100X100mm or 76X76mm square (or according to other agreed requirements)

7. Plywood: approximately 20mm thick plywood, coated with matte black paint on the front and gray film board on the back
