The dust filtration efficiency testing equipment primarily utilizes an independently developed control system, coupled with imported laser particle counting technology. It conducts comprehensive evaluation and testing of the dust separation capability of vacuum cleaners through upstream and downstream test data. A dust generator device is employed to uniformly disperse dust into a suction duct with a diameter of 100MM, and the dispersed aerosols are drawn into the test enclosure through a standard suction duct. The top of the test enclosure is equipped with a standard diameter exhaust duct and relevant dust particle size sampling devices. Filtration efficiency analysis and calculation are performed through upstream and downstream sampling devices and the control system. Relevant test data is exported via USB.
