The testing equipment complies with standards such as GB20291.1-2014 Section 6.7, Figure 14, and Figure 15, as well as IEC60312-1:2010. The testing machine is used to assess the ability of vacuum cleaners to resist pressure when passing through thresholds or colliding with doorposts. Developed according to the standard requirements for threshold barrier and doorpost collision testing of vacuum cleaners, the testing machine undergoes a total of 500 cycles of testing after 20 simulated threshold barrier traverses and 2 doorpost collisions, thereby assessing the overall walking life and impact resistance of the vacuum cleaner. The testing machine is controlled by a PLC program to perform reciprocating linkage operations and programmed cycle actions for long-term durability testing. Relevant tests are automatically saved, and relevant data can be exported via USB.
