The mechanical operation test device is primarily applicable to testing the resistance to carpet movement of vacuum cleaners. During testing, it simulates the actual ground walking conditions of the vacuum cleaner and measures the friction force generated between the cleaning head and the carpet. A carpet is laid on the test bench, allowing the vacuum cleaner to perform reciprocal walking movements on the test bench. The workbench can perform reciprocal linear movements at a speed of 0.5m/s, with an effective constant speed operation stroke of 700mm and a total stroke of 1200mm. The testing machine is equipped with a dedicated clamping and fixing mechanism for vacuum cleaners and can perform on-off life testing on the tested vacuum cleaner
