The vacuum cleaner torsion and oscillation test bench is primarily designed for conducting long-duration torsion and oscillation life tests on the handle shaft and floor brush shaft of vacuum cleaners. The vacuum cleaner handle is clamped and fixed at both ends using a fixture, and a servo drive mechanism drives the handle to perform continuous reciprocating rotation and oscillation tests. The torsion angle can be adjusted steplessly from 360-0-360 degrees forward and backward via a PLC, and the torsion speed can be set according to the test requirements, ranging from 0 to 100 rotations per minute.
