The filter filtration rate detection equipment is mainly aimed at detecting the protective effect and filtration efficiency, flow resistance, etc. of dust containing products such as filters and filter screens in the market. The testing equipment is designed and manufactured with reference to relevant testing standards and end-user requirements. The test bench uses a cold gas aerosol generator and our independently developed gas volume gel testing device to generate particle size. Continuous and stable aerosol particles are output through pressure regulation. The laser counter uses imported high-precision particle detection sensors to measure the sample before and after filtration simultaneously. The differential pressure transmitter calculates the pressure difference between upstream and downstream to obtain data such as resistance value, flow rate, and filtration effect during the testing process.
