The vacuum cleaner battery charging and discharging life tester is used to monitor the long-term and interval charging and discharging aging tests of vacuum cleaner battery products. It uses an external programmable power supply to independently simulate actual charging for 20-station batteries. Aluminum resistors serve as adjustable loads to discharge the batteries. The tester utilizes PLC and current acquisition modules to collect and judge electrical parameters such as voltage and current changes during charging and discharging across 20 channels. Through relevant parameter settings, the PLC displays and records in real-time the changes in parameters such as voltage, current, resistance, capacity, temperature, as well as charging and discharging time and test times for each station, and performs data recording and USB data export
