The washing machine water level sensor lifespan test bench is suitable for both electromagnetic and mechanical water level sensors, and is compatible with over 95% of water level sensor products on the market. The test bench is primarily used for conducting long-duration lifespan tests on washing machine water level sensors (water level pressure sensors). The testing platform is controlled by PLC and utilizes a pressure micro-adjustment valve to provide an adjustable air pressure range of 0-20Kpa, simulating the water level in the washing machine during water intake. The resulting pressure difference is used to test the continuity of the water level sensor's NO/OFF contacts. Each workstation can be connected to the water level sensor via a hose. It is suitable for both three-pin electromagnetic water level sensors and two-pin mechanical sensors. By setting different output pressure values, it is possible to conduct low-pressure and high-pressure tests on the water level sensor. With preset test times and on/off cycles, the lifespan of the water level sensor during long-duration pressure testing can be determined to assess whether it meets design and usage standards.
