The water purifier filter cartridge tightness testing station is primarily used for high and low negative pressure tightness testing of water purifier filter cartridges and complete machines. According to relevant testing standards and industry inspection standards, the direct pressure drop method is employed to conduct tightness testing on the tested filter cartridges/complete machines. The frame structure adopts an industrial aluminum profile assembly design, utilizes multi-station independent testing, uses compressed air as the test drive source, and adjusts test pressure through a precision trim valve. A high-precision pressure transmitter is used to detect pressure drop at the tested stations, with data acquisition and analysis performed by a PLC, which determines whether each station is qualified or unqualified. Through automatic judgment by the control system, it effectively improves production efficiency and reduces human error rates, greatly enhancing testing speed and data accuracy
