The respirator sealing test bench is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC from Japan and displayed on a 7-inch monitor. Complete relevant sealing tests and rotor speed judgments through flow setting and control. The relevant test data can be exported and printed via USB. The detection platform adopts two independent control stations. Start the test manually with one click. The constant pressure variable frequency water pump supplies water to the respirator at a certain flow rate/pressure. Manually observe and determine the situation of leakage inside and outside the waterway. PLC reads pulse signals in real-time to determine whether the rotor output signal is correct. Use upper and lower limits for automatic judgment. Exceeding the set value, the device will give an alarm prompt. And also display OK qualified NG unqualified. The testing machine adopts ergonomic design, and the equipment operation adopts a self-developed system, which is easy to operate and does not require a dedicated person to operate.
