The high-pressure pipeline water pressure sealing test bench adopts Mitsubishi PLC control and 7-inch display from Japan. The control system automatically controls and detects the pressure through the program, detects and judges the upper and lower limits of leakage values through the program, and

 automatically generates the required standard pressure. The product is tested for sealing under the set water pressure through dedicated fixtures.

The detection platform is designed with simplicity and adopts a quick clamping method for clamping. The working platform is a 304 # water tray structure, and the test water can be recycled and reused through a water receiving tray.

Scope of application: Sealing testing and product pressure resistance analysis for experimental testing/production line inspection. Non standard customization can be carried out based on customer samples and relevant requirements.
