By actively driving the roller (recommended size φ350mm, made of high-strength aluminum alloy, with anti-slip treatment) to rotate the rear wheels of the vehicle, the upper computer precisely controls the roller speed and applies damping load to simulate the real road riding resistance. The device collects key data such as voltage, current, speed, mileage, power, and loading in real time, simulating the vehicle's operating state under different gears and loads. A new roller spacing adjustment function has been added, with an adjustment range of 700-1400mm, allowing flexible adaptation to the testing needs of scooters and pedal cars with different wheelbases. The adjustment process is convenient and the positioning is precise.

3. Load loading mechanism: Equipped with a 120kg weight loading system and a hoist lifting device, the loading position can be flexibly adjusted according to the vehicle's wheelbase, accommodating the testing needs of different models of scooters and pedal cars.

4. Vehicle Fixing System: It adopts a combination design of front wheel clamping fixation, left and right limiters, and L-shaped guardrails, effectively preventing vehicle deviation and shaking during testing, ensuring testing safety and data accuracy.

Data acquisition unit: It can accurately acquire key parameters such as current, voltage, speed, mileage, power, damping, and test time, and the acquired data truly reflects the vehicle's operating status. It has added a special function for acquiring electric parameters of scooters, which can comprehensively collect core electric parameters of the vehicle. At the same time, it supports mileage setting, speed setting, and time setting, enabling customized test scenario requirements.

6. Host computer communication module: Supports bidirectional data interaction with the host computer, capable of issuing control commands and uploading test data. It features automatic speed anomaly alarming and data recording functions, facilitating traceability and analysis of the testing process.
