The vacuum cleaner performance test bench is manufactured in accordance with GB/T20291.1-2014, IEC60312-2010, and EN62885-2010, and is universally applicable to 90% of vacuum cleaner products on the market (handheld, canister, household, commercial, etc.). The equipment meets the relevant testing requirements for dust removal energy efficiency and dust removal capacity of vacuum cleaners. It also meets the standard for testing the dust absorption capacity of wooden floors/test carpets and the dust removal capacity of crevices. Through a servo linear mechanism, the tested vacuum cleaner is driven to perform straight reciprocating motion, simulating the operation of a vacuum cleaner used manually. The entire testing process is controlled by PLC. The testing equipment adopts our company's self-developed control system, which automatically calculates relevant formulas and outputs measurement reports through PLC.
The vacuum cleaner dust removal performance test bench primarily focuses on testing and evaluating the dust removal efficiency and capability of vacuum cleaners. The equipment is controlled by PLC, which drives the servo mechanism to simulate actual usage conditions and evaluate the dust removal capability of the vacuum cleaner. Additionally, the equipment features automated dust distribution, ash rolling, and motion resistance testing functions. Through PLC-related settings and controls, the tested vacuum cleaner can simulate actual usage conditions at an adjustable speed of 0-1.0M/s, such as testing on floors, carpets, grooves, and other test platforms to simulate back-and-forth motion on floors and carpets. During the testing process, the system collects relevant parameters such as voltage, current, power, and electric energy, and records relevant test data. The test data can be exported via USB and printed. The test platform is widely applicable to various vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions for dust removal performance testing of vacuum cleaners.
