The equipment is suitable for conducting charge and discharge life tests on batteries used in household appliances such as floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners. Through the test machine, real-time monitoring of battery products is achieved during long/interval periods for charging, discharging tests and monitoring. Additionally, test data collection and recording are performed for battery charging time, discharging time, battery resistance, surface temperature, and capacity.

    The testing machine utilizes PLC and current acquisition modules to measure and evaluate the current during the charging and discharging of the test channels. It employs our company's proprietary control system, configured through relevant parameters, to provide real-time display and recording of changes in voltage, current, resistance, capacity, number of charging and discharging cycles, and temperature during the charging and discharging process at each station. Additionally, it automatically records test data and allows for data export via USB.
