The complete machine charging and discharging life test is suitable for conducting charging and discharging life tests on household appliances such as wireless vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and cleaning machines. The test machine uses PLC to monitor in real-time the voltage, current, and power changes consumed by the charging product during charging/discharging, as well as records the charging and discharging time and test times. The test machine is assembled using profiles, and each testing station is equipped with a button-activated cylinder and a vacuum suction detection device. Each station is equipped with universal sockets and fixing clamps, which switch between charging and discharging by collecting and measuring the electrical parameters of the charging product through signal acquisition.
