1. The explosion-proof valve opening pressure testing equipment for battery cells is customized according to the relevant testing requirements and standards provided by customers. It is suitable for pressure opening detection of products such as cap covers and complete batteries (battery specifications: cylindrical, 18650, 21700). The testing equipment adopts dual-station alternating testing, with a common pressure source output. The intervention of the testing station is controlled by the valve body. Two sets of high-precision pressure
sensors are used to monitor and record pressure in real time at the two testing stations, generate pressure curves, and record peak values (maximum pressure opening value). The PLC is used to judge the opening pressure (OK - qualified, NG - unqualified). The relevant test data is automatically recorded by the PLC.
2. The testing platform utilizes a built-in pressure booster to facilitate both low and high pressure source testing, with pressure adjustment ranging from 0.1 to 6.0 MPa achieved through a high-pressure valve. The pressure adjustment accuracy is at the 0.25 level, ensuring stable and controllable testing processes. The dual-station switching is automatically controlled by solenoid valves, ensuring non-interference and enhancing testing efficiency. During the testing process, the system collects pressure data in real time and dynamically
displays the pressure curve and opening point values through a 10-inch touch screen interface. Upon completion of the test, the data is automatically saved and supports data traceability and statistical analysis.
3. The equipment is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as overvoltage protection and leakage detection, ensuring the safety of operators and the tested components. All gas circuit components are designed to withstand high pressure, with good sealing and long lifespan, meeting the requirements for long-term continuous operation.
4. The product clamping part adopts pneumatic automatic clamping, and the silicone sealing design achieves effective sealing of products at both ends. According to different test samples from customers, multiple specifications of sample testing can be achieved by switching clamps. It has the advantages of wide versatility and quick clamp replacement. The testing area is equipped with a safety grating to prevent misoperations during use. It achieves high efficiency, safety, and convenient operation.
