The main components of the intelligent door lock detection system
The intelligent door lock detection system mainly consists of core components such as camera XYZ axis three-dimensional linear motion mechanism, simulated head mold three-axis rotation mechanism, testing host platform, camera universal adjustment device, motion programmable controller, industrial control computer and upper computer software. The sub modules and supporting components are as follows:
1. Camera XYZ axis motion mechanism
Realize precise three-dimensional displacement of the tested door lock camera in front, back, left, right, and up and down directions, which can accurately adjust the testing distance and height position, with high positioning accuracy, meeting the recognition trigger testing requirements at different distances and heights.
2. Simulate the three-axis rotational motion mechanism of the head mold
-Rotation 1: Simulate the horizontal rotation of the human torso, replicate the real scene of the human body turning sideways and approaching the door lock;
-Rotation 2: Simulate head pitch motion to test changes in head up, head down, and jaw angles;
-Rotation 3: Simulate left and right head deflection to complete side face and oblique face recognition verification;
Three axis linkage can highly reproduce various head postures and body movements of real people when opening doors in daily life.
3. Test the host station
As the load-bearing base of the whole machine, it is built with high-strength profiles and has horizontal adjustment, shock absorption and anti shake functions. It can be fixedly installed with the tested intelligent door lock to ensure the stability and no shaking of the equipment during the testing process. It is compatible with the installation of fixtures for different specifications of door locks.
4. Door lock/camera universal adjustment device
Used to fix the smart door lock under test, supporting adjustable installation angle and pitch angle of the door lock, adapting to the installation form of different styles of door locks, simulating the actual installation angle of the door lock for entering the door, and conforming to real usage conditions.
5. Sports programmable controller
Independently developed motion control core unit, receives instructions from the upper computer, accurately controls the speed, angle, stroke, and number of cycles of XYZ axis displacement and three-axis head mold rotation, realizes fully automatic programmable actions, supports custom testing processes, and multiple sets of testing program storage and calling.
6. Industrial control computer+upper computer testing software
Industrial control computers provide a stable operating platform; The upper computer software is responsible for issuing motion commands, real-time collection of camera trigger signals, facial recognition feedback signals, three-axis positioning coordinates, response time and other data, visualizing the testing process, automatically generating test records, and supporting USB export of data reports.
7. Signal acquisition and communication module
Responsible for docking the wake-up signal, capture signal, and recognition feedback signal of the smart door lock camera, realizing real-time data transmission between hardware and software, ensuring signal acquisition without delay or packet loss.
8. Environmental auxiliary components
Optional adjustable light source module and shading box, simulating different lighting environments such as strong light during the day, dark light at night, and backlight, to verify the recognition performance of the camera under complex lighting conditions; Equipped with emergency stop buttons and safety barriers to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
9. Power supply and wiring components
It includes a regulated power supply, wire harness integration, and grounding protection device, providing stable power supply for the entire set of motion mechanisms, controllers, and industrial control equipment, avoiding voltage fluctuations that affect testing accuracy, and improving equipment operation stability and service life.
10. Fixture components
Equipped with multiple replaceable door lock fixtures, compatible with smart door locks of different sizes and installation methods, fast clamping and positioning, and suitable for batch testing of multiple models of products.
