This device is designed and manufactured in accordance with the dust load test requirements in item 5.9.2 of IEC 60312 and GB/T 20291.1 standards, and is compatible with both national and European standard testing specifications. It is mainly used for vacuum cleaners and dust collectors to test the vacuum performance of the equipment connection head after inhaling the specified test dust in the standard, and to verify the negative pressure stability and vacuum performance attenuation characteristics of the product under dust load conditions.
The core of the device adopts a PLC programmable controller and a 7-inch industrial touch screen as the human-machine interaction and control core. It can freely set parameters such as test duration, sampling interval, and test cycle number, and display real-time instantaneous vacuum degree values, pressure change curves, and remaining test duration; The control system automatically collects and stores vacuum pressure data throughout the process, without the need for manual monitoring and recording.
The test end is equipped with a standard pressure equalization box and a 30mm standard orifice plate. The airflow simulation circuit is strictly built according to the standard structure to accurately simulate the real working conditions of the vacuum cleaner with dust load. Through orifice plate throttling and pressure equalization box stabilization, the airflow state and pressure environment meet the standard test conditions, ensuring accurate and reproducible test data.
The PLC high-speed acquisition module reads the values of the vacuum pressure sensor in real time, dynamically monitors the trend of vacuum degree changes during the load process, and automatically records key data such as initial vacuum degree, vacuum degree attenuation value during dusty process, steady-state vacuum degree, and extreme pressure; After the test is completed, the original test data, pressure curve, and test report can be exported with one click through the USB interface, supporting data traceability, analysis, and archiving.
