Product Mode: Fixed mode of products: Test Speed: Number of tests: Equipment size: Description: The dust filtration efficiency testing equipment mainly adopts a self-developed control system, combined with imported laser chips, to comprehensively evaluate and test the dust separation ability of vacuum cleaners. Evenly distribute the dust through a dust disperser into a 100MM diameter suction duct, and then use a standard suction duct to suck the dispersed aerosol into the test hood. A standard diameter exhaust duct and related dust particle size sampling device are installed on the top of the test cover. Analyze and calculate filtration efficiency through upstream and downstream sampling devices and control systems.

Designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 20297.1 and IEC 60312-1:2010 standards, it is used to test the separation and interception ability of the entire vacuum cleaner for standard test dust, and comprehensively evaluate the dust filtration efficiency of the vacuum cleaner's filtration system and dust air separation structure.

 

Equipment Principle

 

The equipment is equipped with a self-developed intelligent control system, coupled with high-precision imported laser detection chips, to achieve real-time monitoring of dust particle size and concentration collection. The standard test dust is uniformly dispersed into the standard suction duct with a diameter of 100mm through a servo dust disperser, and the negative pressure generated by the tested vacuum cleaner sucks the dusty airflow into the closed test hood; After being filtered by the vacuum cleaner, the clean airflow is discharged from the standard exhaust duct at the top of the test hood.

The system collects dust concentration and particle size distribution data before and after filtration through upstream air sampling devices and downstream exhaust sampling devices. After processing by the control system, it automatically calculates core indicators such as overall dust filtration efficiency, classification filtration efficiency, and dust retention rate.

 

Main components

 

1. Central control system

The core control unit of the whole machine integrates PLC and data operation module to uniformly control the entire process of dust dispersion, airflow stability, sampling timing, data acquisition, and efficiency calculation. It supports program preset, automatic cycle testing, and abnormal interlock protection.


2. Servo control for dispersing conveyor tracks

High precision servo drive, precise control of dust conveying rate, dispersion flow rate and uniformity, ensuring continuous, stable and even dispersion of dust, avoiding uneven dust and dust agglomeration, and meeting standard steady-state testing conditions.


3. Distribution and suction system

Equipped with stable pressure induced draft and airflow homogenization components, adjust the inlet air speed to ensure stable and controllable airflow velocity in the suction duct, simulate the actual working intake state of the vacuum cleaner, and eliminate the interference of airflow turbulence on the test results.


4. Φ 100mm standard air inlet channel and upstream sampling pipe

Standard specification suction ducts, strictly matched with standard sizes; The upstream sampling tube accurately collects the original dust concentration and particle size distribution before filtration, with a constant sampling flow rate to ensure sampling representativeness.


5. Closed test cover

Sealed constant temperature test chamber, with anti-static inner walls and no dead corners of dust accumulation, effectively preventing dust leakage and external air interference, providing a closed and stable testing environment for vacuum cleaner testing, and adapting to different specifications of vacuum cleaner installation and fixation.


6. Standard exhaust duct and downstream sampling pipe

The standard exhaust duct at the top of the test hood and the downstream sampling pipe collect filtered clean airflow dust data, which is compared and sampled with the upstream data to ensure consistent sampling conditions.


7. Laser particle size analyzer

Using imported laser detection chips, real-time online detection of dust particle quantity, particle size, and mass concentration, with fast response speed and high detection accuracy, can output graded filtration efficiency data for the entire particle size range.


8. Dust supply and quantitative feeding unit

Equipped with standard test dust silos and quantitative feeding mechanisms, it can accurately control the feeding amount and duration, store multiple sets of standard dust, and meet the testing needs of different levels of dust.


9. Airflow stabilization and equalization components

It includes a rectifier grid, a stabilizing chamber, and a throttling regulation module to stabilize the airflow velocity and pressure inside the pipeline, ensure consistent upstream and downstream airflow status, reduce testing errors, and improve data repeatability.


10. Vacuum cleaner fixture fixing mechanism

Adjustable fixture, suitable for various types of vacuum cleaners such as horizontal, handheld, vertical, and bucket, ensuring equipment installation sealing, accurate air intake alignment, and no air or dust leakage.


11. Industrial control upper computer and human-machine interaction system

Paired with touch screen/industrial computer, visual operation interface, can set test duration, sampling interval, dust concentration threshold, and test cycle times; Real time display of dust concentration curve, particle size distribution, and real-time filtration efficiency values.


12. Data collection and storage export module

Automatically collect upstream and downstream dust data, calculate real-time machine filtration efficiency, classification efficiency, and average efficiency, generate test reports automatically, support USB export of Excel and PDF format data, facilitate quality inspection archiving and R&D analysis.


13. Dust removal purification and exhaust system

Built in backend high-efficiency filtering device to process residual dust after testing, avoiding dust overflow and polluting the laboratory environment, while maintaining pressure balance inside the testing hood to ensure testing safety and environmental protection.


14. Safety protection and calibration module

Equipped with emergency stop protection, over concentration alarm, and fault self checking functions; Reserved standard calibration interface, supporting regular calibration of laser particle size analyzer, sampling flow rate, and airflow velocity to ensure equipment measurement compliance.

 

Core testing function

 

It can complete the overall filtration efficiency, graded particle size filtration efficiency, steady-state dust retention performance, and long-term continuous filtration attenuation performance testing of vacuum cleaners. It can evaluate the comprehensive dust removal ability of dust cups, filters, and cyclone separation structures, covering full scenario usage needs such as research and development verification, type inspection, production line factory testing, and third-party testing agency testing.
