1.2 The detection platform is mainly used for detecting and collecting functional parameters such as stroke measurement, distance measurement, decoupling force (maximum pressure value after power on), residual force (maximum downforce value after power off), suction time, release time, resistance value, temperature, etc. of electromagnetic products. Adopting Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and 17 inch touch screen control, data networking work is carried out with the laser coding machine through RS458 communication protocol. Adopting a touch screen human-machine dialogue interface, the operating software design is simple and easy to operate; All parameter settings and status information display are completed on the touch screen; Display and record the maximum pressure value, extension stroke, voltage, suction and release time and other test data of the product after power on and off on the operation panel. Automatic judgment through PLC, setting and judging based on upper and lower limit values. Qualified Product - OK Unqualified Product - NG. Equipped with sound and light alarm function. Test qualified - code printed, unqualified - automatic system alarm. Functions such as automatic saving of detection data, automatic statistics of test data, and calculation of failure rate. Note: The testing items can be set up with PLC according to actual production, and single independent testing/multiple linkage testing can be conducted. Multiple linkage options can be saved and coded according to actual requirements.
1.3 The detection platform adopts a platform style connection, with single station synchronous detection and independent operation and recording of test data. Using laser testing for infrared measurement of relevant travel and distance, and high-precision sensors for force value detection of decoupling force and residual force. The high-speed voltage and current acquisition card calculates and records the data of the suction time and release time functions. Conduct pipeline testing through PLC program. The final test data is transmitted to the laser coding machine for testing, coding, and recording.. The detection platform is equipped with safety devices such as leakage protection and undervoltage protection. The relevant detection data can be exported through USB, and the testing system runs stably without the need for specialized operations.
